Refund policy

30-day returns

Shopping online should be simple and low-risk. If your Averroshop purchase isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging included.

To start a return, contact Averroshop customer support with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our fulfillment center, we will normally inspect it within 3–5 business days.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Exchanges and size changes

Ordered the wrong size or want to exchange your item for another available option? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

For the first exchange, you are responsible only for the cost of shipping the original item back to us, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact Averroshop customer support as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number along with a clear photo or short video showing the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging, tags, or included accessories may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping protection is non-refundable once the shipment is in transit.

Order cancellations

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it ships. Contact Averroshop customer support with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under our standard 30-day return policy.
